What are some popular charting platforms that support W.D. Gann Arcs and Circles?

What are some popular charting platforms that support W.D. Gann Arcs and Circles? I am wondering what are some good ways to visualize both Day and Month data in a similar way as you can for the S&P (Gann) and OEX (Sylvain). Have these been popular tools for market players? I am most interested in relative and absolute. Perhaps a great many folks would share their thoughts here and highlight their favorite approaches and toolkits. Share your thoughts — this is a worthwhile exercise regarding the method/style/ability to represent “complicated” data in a my explanation that the viewers can move/nod/draw, etc. Let’s take a step forward on W.D. I just want to see the trends and gann curves of S&P and OEX, though. Not really interested in bar charts, so maybe find more info a good charting tool to use. Here’s a couple of stock charts I made in c# in the past: I found some online good looking gann charts for OEX and stock look at here which don’t look that bad but I might be remembering wrong.

I dont want to spend thousands of dollars on a charting platform that does NOT permit me to use w.D. Gann. They dont exist.
